For me, giving up seafood and chicken is still quite a challenge, but I do try to eat vegetarian food more often. We headed down to Itadazaki Zen in King's Cross, which serves vegan, organic Japanese cuisine only. Wait a sec, Japanese food as vegan, is that even possible? Surely, you can't have vegetarian sashimi!
