Oxbo situates near Waterloo, a modern British restaurant as a part of Hilton. We chose this place for a send off dinner for my cousin, who is now pursuing a media career in China. This place is beautifully decorated with traditional British ornaments, but with a modern twist.
This was my favourite, swordfish drenched in champaign and topped with some fresh salad, full of freshness.
The food was quite light, but still full of flavour. They were the heart warming kind of dishes. We had a set menu, three courses and a glass of prosecco, for £25. It was quite a bargain.
They have a wide range of wine collections. Just take your pick, you are bound to find your favourite.
It was peaceful night, and the place was great for some casual catching up and chilling time. The ambience was cosy and romantic, so it would make a great place for dates. The extensive wine list was a great bonus complementing the meal. The service was good, the waiters were very friendly. Not too bad price wise as well, so I would recommend this place.
